He also helped us purchase the condo some years ago. Pete dealt with a variety of unusual circumstances for this sale; I am out the US at this time and he did a video tour with me to decide what contents to keep and what to discard, hired removers, dealt with the condo association, had minor repairs done and had the place cleaned and ready for sale. He was in touch with me on an almost daily basis, helped me decide on a price and negotiations with the buyer. He was professional, kind and considerate. I highly recommend him.
